Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Product Analytics professional to deepen understanding of the product, user base, and growth trajectory. You will collaborate with PMs and leadership to shape long-, mid-, and short-term strategy and define key metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as analyst or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of product growth concepts and frameworks (retention curves, cohort analysis, growth accounting).
• Advanced SQL knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools (we use Snowflake and Periscope every day).
• Strong data visualization and written/verbal communication; ability to design legible dashboards and clearly convey insights.
• Solid understanding of A/B test and experimentation concepts (design, power, post-hoc analysis).
• Strong product sense and deep understanding of the product, user base, and market position.
• Ability to work with limited resources and collaborate across teams, including Trust & Safety or Sales data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of understanding the product, user base, growth trajectory, and state of play.
• Proactively partner with PMs and leadership to inform long-, mid-, and short-term strategy for your product area.
• Help the team define useful metrics and set clear goals.
• Share regular insightful updates with your team and across the company.
• Proactively partner with engineers to invest in clean logging, ETL, and improving data ergonomics.
