Job summary

Tennr is seeking a Product Operations Lead to run the operating system for its Product and Engineering teams, shaping how work is planned, reviewed, and delivered. You will transform customer feedback into actionable roadmap inputs and own product rollouts and vendor relationships.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, CX, Deployment, Sales, Marketing, and Managed Services to build lightweight processes and tools that speed PMs and improve launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience, including 1–2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company.
• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering on planning, launches, or roadmap tradeoffs.
• Ambitious with ownership of how a product organization plans and ships.
• Strong written communication and ability to turn complex decisions into clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Run the planning and review cadence with Product and Engineering leadership, aligning priorities, capacity, headcount needs, and dependencies.
• Capture customer feedback from CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services and translate it into roadmap inputs.
• Own product rollouts: coordinate launch readiness, documentation, training, and customer enablement; manage go/no-go reviews and betas.
