Responsibilities include procurement and vendor management, data-driven insights, and ensuring readiness for product launches. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coordination in a remote-to-office Tennessee setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in product and operations within the travel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage partnerships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Procurement management to optimize products and services across bookings.
• Vendor management to ensure efficiency in booking, confirmation, and delivery.
• Lead initiatives to enhance partner and service performance via processes and tech.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and guest experience teams for alignment.
• Use data to track product performance and inform decision-making.
• Plan operational readiness for new product launches and trainings.
