C2R Ventures is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Platform Engineering to lead the development of a new internal platform. You will shape the roadmap, drive adoption, and ensure reliable service delivery across platform capabilities.

You will partner with engineering leads, application teams, and stakeholders to translate technical needs into prioritized outcomes, track success, and communicate progress and risk to leadership.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical product management or platform management.
• Experience with internal platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, or production services.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, adoption, and outcome measurement.
• Experience with service-management practices such as SLAs/SLOs, observability, incident management, operational readiness, resilience, and problem management.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics, ask effective questions, and facilitate decisions without needing to be the deepest technical expert.
• Strong judgment balancing customer value, technical constraints, reliability, risk, cost, and delivery capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to structure complex discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the shaping, maintenance, and communication of the integrated Platform Engineering roadmap and translate strategy into prioritized outcomes.
• Balance stakeholder value, alignment, capacity, health, risk, dependencies, and cost; present trade-offs for decision.
• Develop understanding of internal-stakeholder needs, workflows, and pain points; identify broadly valuable platform opportunities.
• Ensure roadmap initiatives have clear outcomes, ownership, dependencies, sequencing, and success measures.
• Define outcomes for platform investments and use adoption, performance, and feedback data to inform priorities.
• Collaborate with Technical PMO on project management, standards, and coordination on large cross-team initiatives.
• Establish a stakeholder engagement model and communicate roadmap, capability, and technical discussions clearly.
• Coordinate initiatives across multiple Platform Engineering teams; manage dependencies, risks, and commitments.
• Define and maintain service expectations including SLAs/SLOs, support models, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Maintain portfolio visibility into performance and service-level attainment; track gaps and corrective actions.
• Ensure reliability, resilience, security, compliance, lifecycle risk, cost, and operational readiness are reflected in priorities.
• Provide leadership with clearly framed recommendations, including evidence, options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
