Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team, driving product strategy, inventory shifts, and BOH operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise back-of-house tasks, and ensure floor and BOH are stocked and organized, while contributing to hiring decisions and staff development.

You will also deliver a world-class guest experience by educating customers on product details and maintaining a high standard of store operations during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members, creating a fun, productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily data to inform actions and pricing recommendations.
• Participate in hiring process: recruitment, selection, onboarding, training.
• Provide feedback and develop team members; lead as Supervisor on Duty.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education.
