Job summary

TikTok is seeking a collaborator for its Local Services team in the US to advance data labeling and UX processes. You will research launches of competitors in maps and location services, and drive evaluation improvements for POI products in the US market.

You will work with product and labeling teams to ensure high-quality evaluation outputs and efficient operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in data labeling or user research, with strong cross-team communication and experience

• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills; experience across time zones preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research launches and iterations of competitors in maps, delivery, and location services; propose practical product recommendations.
• Conduct UX evaluation and data standards for TikTok US POI products; collaborate to improve evaluation capabilities and outputs.
