Job summary

TikTok is seeking a collaborator for its Local Services team in the US to advance data labeling and UX processes. You will research launches of competitors in maps and location services, and drive evaluation improvements for POI products in the US market.

You will work with product and labeling teams to ensure high-quality evaluation outputs and efficient operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in data labeling or user research, with strong cross-team communication and experience

• Research the launches and iteration updates of key competitors in the maps, delivery and location services industry, and propose product recommendations and matched solutions for diverse business scenarios.
• Conduct user experience evaluation and research on POI products for TikTok US business, formulate data evaluation standards. Collaborate with product and labeling teams to iterate evaluation capabilities and deliver evaluation results, and take accountability for delivery quality of evaluation outputs and manual operation efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in data labeling, user research or related fields.
• Strong project management skills and excellent cross-team communication & coordination capabilities. Prior experience collaborating across time zones is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience in local services, maps / location-based services or O2O industries is preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

• Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
• Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
