Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Content Product GEO Graduate for TikTok Local Services in San Jose. This Regular, full-time role starts in 2027 and offers exposure to cross-functional teams across Search, Transactions, and Algorithms.

The position focuses on defining product features for Local Services content and shaping product strategy to meet user needs across regions. You will collaborate with multiple teams, translate data into insights, and contribute to growth through differentiated product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Able to articulate vision, plans and issues clearly, coordinate with cross-functional teams and jointly resolve problems in depth.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive feature development for TikTok Local Services content products, including but not limited to requirement gathering, product feature design and product strategy optimization.
• Identify user demands for Local Services scenarios across different countries and regions, and design differentiated and innovative product solutions.
• Collaborate with Search, Transaction and Algorithm teams to optimize the content consumption funnel via content product features, and drive business growth.
