Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in local services or maps.
• Proven track record of driving business metrics through campaigns or growth initiatives.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; ability to coordinate multiple teams end-to-end.
• Strong data literacy and structured thinking; use data to define problems and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user experience evaluation and research on POI products for TikTok US business, formulate data evaluation standards. Collaborate with product and labeling teams to iterate evaluation capabilities and deliver evaluation results, and take accountability for delivery quality of evaluation outputs and manual operation efficiency.
• Research the launches and iteration updates of competitors in the local services industry, and propose product recommendations and matched solutions for diverse business scenarios.
