Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team in Huntersville, NC. You will drive product strategy execution, oversee inventory, and ensure both floor and back-of-house are well stocked and organized.

You will coach team members and act as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience. The role requires 1 year of retail/operations experience, inventory, merchandising, and people leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more in retail or operations
• Experience with inventory management, stocking, or planning/logistics
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or guiding others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy and inventory actions.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following SOPs.
• Ensure floor and back-of-house product availability and organization.
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategies.
• Analyze daily business data to inform actions for product focus and pricing.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty during open hours to deliver expert product education.
