Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for a 4 month contract at the Jordan Creek store. You will drive the product strategy on the floor and in back-of-house operations, manage inventory shifts, and ensure shelves and stock rooms are organized for a world-class guest experience.

You will collaborate with leadership, analyze sell-through data, and contribute to hiring decisions while serving as Supervisor on Duty during store hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more in retail/ops roles.
• Experience with inventory management, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Oversee back-of-house product operations and ensure stock is organized.
• Lead inventory shifts and act as Supervisor on Duty when required.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
