Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the Seattle Premium Outlet store as a contract role. You will drive store product operations, including inventory management, and lead shifts on the floor and back-of-house while supporting guest experiences and performance feedback.

The role requires 1 year of experience, familiarity with inventory processes, and leadership capabilities to coach and develop teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy and product availability.
