Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Product Operations Lead (Contract) for the West County Center store in the St. Louis area.

The role focuses on executing the store product strategy, overseeing product operations, and managing inventory to ensure stock and organization on both floor and back-of-house areas. The position involves leadership responsibilities, participation in hiring, coaching team members, and delivering a world-class guest experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent.
• Retail, distribution center or warehouse operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team in inventory management and create a positive shift culture.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to guide leadership on product focus.
• Participate in store hiring processes including onboarding and training.
• Coach and develop team through feedback and recognition.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty during open hours.
