lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in California. You will drive store product strategy, oversee inventory movements, and manage back-of-house operations to keep both floor and BOH stocked and organized.

You will play a key role in hiring decisions, team development, and delivering a world-class guest experience during scheduled shifts on the floor. This role emphasizes inclusivity, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience preferred in retail, inventory, or logistics.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a productive, fun shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform actions and recommendations to store leadership.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members for learning and development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and strong working relationships.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
