Job summary

Trade Republic Bank GmbH is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to manage a team within the Product Operations group in Berlin. You will design scalable processes, drive automation, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver impactful outcomes.

With 5+ years in fast-paced environments and a track record in leadership, you will set goals, build roadmaps, and influence strategic decisions through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and documenting SOPs and guidelines for business processes.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of Operations Associates and Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Operations Associates and Managers for one of our Tech department reporting directly to the Head of the department.
• Advise on and implement process improvements to empower our teams and support growth.
• Develop process automation to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver outcomes.
• Set goals, build roadmaps and drive initiatives to achieve them.
• Drive strategic decisions by analyzing complex data and managing critical projects.
• Enhance skills in data analysis, problem solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead and collaborate with a high-performing team to design, optimize, and scale operational processes for new and existing products while driving cross-functional product improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As part of the Product Operations team , you’ll tackle some of Trade Republic’s toughest challenges, designing scalable solutions that enable hyper-growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of Operations Associates and Managers for one of our Tech department reporting directly to the Head of the department

• Continuously enhancing your skills in data analysis, Problem solving skills, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead and collaborate with a high-performing team to design, optimize, and scale operational processes for new and existing products while driving cross-functional product improvement initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, consulting, or investment banking).
• Prior Management experience, leading a team of minimum 3 people.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and execute clear action plans.
• Experience creating guidelines and SOPs for business processes and defining infrastructure for process automation.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English, with a results-driven, user-first mindset.
