Job summary

Trade Republic is seeking a growth-minded Marketing professional to lead paid social acquisition across Europe from our Berlin base with relocation support if needed. You will own the customer acquisition roadmap, drive experimentation, and partner with sales and data teams to deliver measurable growth for a leading fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience automating reports and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced startup.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.

• Manage strategic partnerships and serve as the primary contact for Sales.

Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google etc.) across core European countries
• Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and management
• Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales representatives - strategically and operationally
• Collaborate closely with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performance
• Work with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiency
• Evolve and oversee channel specific marketing automation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company
• Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel,
• Strong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (i.e. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
• Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
• You are proficient in English, German is a plus
