Job summary

Trade Republic is seeking a senior HR leader to act as CHRO for multiple departments in Berlin, with relocation support offered if needed. You will shape engagement, performance, and organizational development, leading a decentralised talent strategy and driving company-wide transformation with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner, People Project/Program Manager, or Consultant with background in change management, employee performance and development, company-wide transformation initiatives or similar.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills, proven track record in execution and delivery of complex projects on a cross-functional level.
• Extensive experience in a start-up setting, high level of business acumen and ability to align own initiatives with company strategy and goals .
• Motivation to work as an individual contributor, comfortable developing recommendations for strategic projects and working autonomously.
• Proven track record of identifying problems, generating solutions and translating into actionable steps.
• Data-driven, able to analyze data, translate it into actionable steps and use it to tell a story.
• Knowledge of German labour law is a plus.

• Continuously analyse data and gather feedback on the effectiveness of our tools and processes with the aim of constantly improving.
