Job summary

Trade Republic is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles and own all steps for Product Operations. You will partner with recruitment teams to build diverse talent pools and ensure a flawless candidate experience from initial contact to on-site interviews.

The role requires initial recruitment experience, strong ownership, and excellent English communication, with relocation support for Berlin and a 6-month, 40-hours-per-week commitment.

• Knowledge of recruiting platforms (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment Partners through end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin).
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Product Operations.
• Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth on-site interviews.
• Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing.

• Support our Product & Tech Recruitment Partners throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Initial experience with recruitment

• Availability for a period of 6 months, 40 hours a week (with possibility of renewing the contract)
