Experian is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator - Customer Programs to oversee logistics for customer advisory boards, feedback visits, early-access programs, and major product events. This role supports Product Managers by ensuring smooth execution of programs.

You will coordinate schedules, communications, and on-site support; manage calendars, trackers, and playbooks; and partner with product operations teams on governance and cross-functional coordination.

Formación

• Experience in program coordination or product operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs, timelines, and dependencies.
• Experience communicating with customers and senior internal stakeholders, in writing and conversation.
• Experience coordinating work across teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and events.
• Preferred: US healthcare and revenue cycle experience; experience with Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, or Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer programs from scheduling and invitations through follow-up.
• Support Product participation in major customer events, including timelines, speakers, materials, and readiness.
• Provide on-site support for customer visits, advisory meetings, and events.
• Maintain program calendars, participant lists, trackers, and action items; share visibility into upcoming programs and readiness.
• Send timely, professional communications to customers and internal partners about program logistics and next steps.
• Track commitments, dependencies, and risks through completion; escalate issues as needed.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, and checklists; find ways to simplify recurring program work.
• Partner with other Product Operations roles on governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for customer programs.
