Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to join our San Diego team. You will develop, coordinate and maintain day-to-day operations across programs while staying current on internal products and implementing updates. You will support systems, vendors, and client integration as part of a global strategy.

The role includes serving as the escalation point for Client Services and Membership Services, identifying inefficiencies and planning solutions. Travel is limited (5-15%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in corporate wellness, total population health or program management.
• Proficiency in program development, implementation and ongoing management.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal software systems.
• Detail focused, able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, manage and maintain the day to day operations of all programs.
• Be responsible for maintaining knowledge on all internal products and programs and implement updates.
• Assist in the management and implementation of internal and external systems and vendors.
• Assist in the integration with the clients’ vendors as part of a global strategy.
• Manage and be the point of escalation for the Client Services Center and Membership Services Representative.
• Provide proactive identification of problems, inefficiencies and subsequent solution planning.
• Manage membership and security access system and all related business processes.
• Collaborate with tenant and partner POC's on enrolment and routine auditing projects.
