Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Client Operations, to guide large-scale client implementations and strategic programs across financial services, fintech and telco sectors. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes, drive innovation, and improve processes within Experian's hub network.

You will report to FSD and are expected to reside in or near one of our collaboration hubs, with a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or in-office work

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• PMP or PgMP Certification preferred.
• 10+ years of client-facing program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile, integrations, APIs, and architecture preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude and Enterprise ChatGPT.
• Experience with financial services and credit industries is beneficial.
• Reside in or near the designated Collaboration Hub(s).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex client implementations across our product suite from launch to completion alongside project teams.
• Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, deliverables, ownership, communication plans, and risks.
• Provide direction to project teams by tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and managing escalations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and risks to all partners.
• Partner to deliver an outstanding client experience, while identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Technical Project Managers, Product and other teams to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and alignment.
