Job summary

JCW Group in Raleigh, NC, is hiring a Product Operations Specialist within the Digital Product Management team. This tactical role focuses on running product tooling, planning cadences, and enablement so stakeholders can spend more time on strategy and customer value.

You will own the setup and hygiene of tools like Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Productboard, design enablement sessions, and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve adoption and execution across squads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, PM, or Product Management.
• Able to operationalize processes and drive adoption via enablement.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard, and Slack.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, design, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own setup and hygiene of product tools (Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard).
• Run quarterly planning and monthly touchpoints with readiness checks and decisions.
• Design and deliver enablement sessions and onboarding resources.
• Support squads with tactical coordination and improvements based on feedback.
