ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to join its Strategy & Operations team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves guiding cross-functional initiatives to develop and launch new products, offers, and growth programs.

You will partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market leaders to define strategies, evaluate market opportunities, and operationalize new offerings, while delivering analytical insights and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and launch new products, offers, and growth programs.
• Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market leaders to define and execute strategic business initiatives.
• Evaluate customer segments, market opportunities, channel strategies, and revenue potential.
• Coordinate business requirements and systems enablement needed to operationalize new offerings.
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams on growth strategy and business priorities.
