Job summary

JCW Group in Raleigh, NC, is hiring a Product Operations Specialist within the Digital Product Management team. This tactical role focuses on running product tooling, planning cadences, and enablement so stakeholders can spend more time on strategy and customer value.

You will own the setup and hygiene of tools like Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Productboard, design enablement sessions, and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve adoption and execution across squads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, PM, or Product Management.
• Able to operationalize processes and drive adoption via enablement.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard, and Slack.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, design, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run quarterly planning and monthly touchpoints with readiness checks and decisions.

JCW Group has partnered with an organization to hire a Product Operations Specialist within their Digital Product Management team. This is a tactical, enablement-focused role, where you'll run product tooling, planning cadences, and enablement so stakeholders can spend more time on strategy and customer value. It’s an excellent opportunity for a Product professional looking to strengthen execution and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the setup and ongoing hygiene of product tools such as Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Productboard, including playbooks and standards for how the tools connect
• Run and refine quarterly/PI-style planning and monthly/weekly touchpoints, from pre-reads and readiness checks to publishing decisions, priorities, dependencies, risks, and next steps
• Design and deliver enablement sessions and onboarding resources on product practices and tools to drive adoption across squads
• Support squads with tactical coordination and recommend pragmatic process and tooling improvements based on feedback from Product Managers, Design, Engineering, and leaders

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Management (Product Operations experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize processes and tools, facilitate planning, and drive adoption through enablement
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard, and Slack/ChatOps
• Strong written communication skills, with comfort building reusable documentation and playbooks
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Engineering
