Job summary

DoubleVerify in New York, NY is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the tooling and automation that underpins how the Product organization plans and executes. You will build, maintain, and scale Jira Product Discovery automations, Confluence integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities, collaborating closely with IT, Engineering, and DevOps for reliability and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations or related roles with emphasis on tooling and automation.
• Hands-on with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Jira Automation, n8n, Zapier) and building production-grade integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem; familiarity with Jira Product Discovery is a strong plus.
• Comfort with AI and LLM-based tooling or a strong willingness to develop quickly.
• Strong data quality principles, monitoring patterns, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve automation workflows across Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, and connected systems.
• Productionize existing prototype automations and AI agents into monitored, self-healing systems.
• Develop real-time integrations connecting portfolio strategy to planning and execution for leadership visibility.
• Implement automated health checks and status rollups to reduce manual overhead.
• Create reusable automation templates and self-service patterns for PMs and partners.
• Build automated data quality enforcement to prevent incomplete data.
• Develop automated notification systems for quarterly planning milestones and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and DevOps to coordinate automation efforts.
• Document automation workflows, system architecture, and runbooks.
