Teal Communications, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Operations in Kirkland, WA to shape the operational experience of our cloud-native network software for a growing customer base.

You will bridge Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to turn product capabilities into repeatable, scalable processes that ensure quick launches, reliable device connections, and accurate billing from day one. Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations in connectivity/telecom software.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong data analytics and ability to write queries and build reports.
• Excellent communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with eSIM/eUICC tech or BSS/OSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Operations team.
• Streamline customer onboarding from contract to first live device.
• Own provisioning of eUICC cards and chips with suppliers and carriers.
• Manage billing configurations in the product backend (BSS).
• Build processes and tooling to scale operations and set SLAs.
