Job summary

TrustedTech in Irvine, CA, seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and build-out of a proprietary subscription commerce platform. You will shape the system that powers billing, lifecycle management, invoicing, quoting, and procurement with deep integrations into Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Partner Center.

The role is hands-on in the early stages, running requirements, backlog, and delivery ceremonies, then expanding the team and process as the platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years on billing, subscription management, CPQ, e-commerce, or fintech/ERP-adjacent product.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable reading API specs and discussing data models with engineers.
• Hands-on knowledge of subscription commerce mechanics: recurring billing, proration, renewals, dunning, revenue recognition basics.
• Experience with Salesforce integration; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and phased roadmap across core domains: billing, subscription lifecycle, invoicing, quoting/CPQ, and procurement.
• Learn the business end-to-end in 60–90 days before locking a roadmap.
• Oversee theTechnical Product Owner dedicated to this platform and grow the product team as needed.
• Prioritize a single backlog balancing new capability delivery, integration work, debt, and stability.
