Telemetry Today LLC is seeking a Director, Applications Engineering to lead the customer-facing technical organization responsible for helping customers understand, integrate, operate, and deploy the company’s products and solutions.

The Director oversees a team of Applications Engineers who serve as technical experts and act as a key interface between customers, Product, Engineering, Business Development, and program execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Strong communication with Product, Engineering, Business Development and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Applications Engineering organization to support customer understanding, integration, and deployment of products.
• Own the Voice of the Customer within the product org and drive actionable requirements, documentation, and tools.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and program execution to ensure successful customer outcomes through lifecycle support.
