Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and managing operating cadences, governance, dashboards, and scalable processes across multiple teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve portfolio operating cadences, including weekly business reviews, monthly operations reviews, product lifecycle management reviews, annual strategy reviews, and launch readiness checkpoints.
• Coordinate leadership reviews, synthesize performance data, track actions and decisions, and ensure accountability for follow-through.
• Develop and maintain visual management dashboards and metrics covering bookings, revenue, margin, backlog, on-time delivery, and quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, finance, operations, and portfolio leadership on forecasting, backlog reviews, funnel management, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate product roadmap and lifecycle communications across product lines, sales channels, and partners.
