Smarter Contact is the leading text and voice messaging SaaS platform for US real estate professionals. To sustain our rapid growth, we’re seeking a Product-Led Growth expert with deep product marketing experience, who can own messaging, drive adoption, and scale impact.
Your Impact:
You’ll be the engine behind how users discover, experience, and adopt our product. Working closely with the product team and reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead product marketing initiatives that drive real growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in ideating, executing, and scaling product marketing campaigns within B2B SaaS organizations serving SMB customers (preferably in real estate). You’ll take full ownership of outcomes, proactively drive processes, and report KPIs that directly support our growth goals.
- 5+ years of overall experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS company serving SMB customers
- 3+ years of specialized experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company serving SMB customers
- Proven experience setting up and owning in-app product marketing campaigns using tools like AppCues, OnRamp, or UserPilot, with a strong track record in segmentation, targeting, and performance measurement
- Proven experience with end-to-end ownership of product marketing campaigns—from idea to launch—with clear, measurable impact on growth and engagement metrics

Who You Are:
- PLG Campaign Driver: You’ve successfully implemented, executed, and scaled product marketing campaigns, with deep experience in segmentation and measurement
- In-App Specialist: You’ve set up and owned campaigns using tools like AppCues, OnRamp, or UserPilot to drive onboarding and adoption
- Independent Operator: You deliver end-to-end results without needing layers of support—you’re scrappy, resourceful, and efficient
- Analytical Thinker: You make decisions based on data, track KPIs, and translate insights into action
- Process-Driven Collaborator: You document, refine, and optimize systems to ensure clarity and scale across teams
- Strong Communicator: You clearly explain strategies, present outcomes, and align with leadership
What You’ll Achieve:
- Own product messaging and positioning paired with a deep understanding of our ideal customers to produce pricing strategies that incentivize customer upgrades, cross-sells, and user adoption.
- Conduct deep competitor research and create competitor comparison landing pages that profitably convert high-intent search traffic.
- Leverage your deep attention to detail paired with your direct-response copywriting skills to develop integrated campaigns that persuade most to take action.
- Own the creation and maintenance of product knowledge databases for both external and internal use.
- Create and optimize user onboarding experiences to reduce time-to-value and increase trial-to-paid conversions.
- Take ownership of customer communications for product releases, updates, and news.
- Successfully execute product launches and campaigns leading up to it, and bring a successful playbook you can leverage.
- Be an active contributor in the development and management of customer advocacy programs such as user referral and/or affiliate programs.
- Collect customer feedback through surveys, direct customer communications, and beta groups, and use it to create user stories and case studies.
- Ensure processes are systemized, documented, maintained, and executed to minimize knowledge gaps and optimize collaboration between teams.
- Be a champion of sales and marketing alignment and collaborate with sales to grow both a marketing-qualified and sales-qualified pipeline.
- Partner with our research and development teams to optimize product-led initiatives to capture and create demand for monetized features.
- Gather insights and analyze results for future business expansion campaigns to generate MQLs. and SQLs.
- Analyze data to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to allow for accurate forecasting.
- Document the processes and execution of integrated campaigns with video recordings captured in Loom and uploaded to Trainual.
- Report KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize.
- Experience working with real estate-focused SaaS products
- Direct-response copywriting experience
- Certification from Product Marketing Alliance or similar
