Job description

Zeeto Media seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Media Specialist to join our team. The Affiliate Media Specialist will be responsible for acquiring and managing new affiliate partners to drive traffic and revenue to our platform. Utilizing strong sales skills, the ideal candidate will excel at identifying and recruiting potential affiliate sources, building lasting relationships, and optimizing performance to meet business objectives.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness to all publishers managed
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network
  • Manage and oversee the affiliate partner onboarding process
  • Manage affiliate contracts to ensure profitability and compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth
  • Advise affiliates on promotion strategies, marketing tactics, and copywriting techniques
  • Analyze affiliate marketing data to suggest improvements
  • Ensure that new affiliates' target markets align with the advertiser or merchant
  • Identify strategies to improve the affiliate program
  • Provide incentives for affiliates to promote an organization's products or services
  • Conduct regular affiliate audits to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in sales or marketing
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a bonus

Hiring Process:

*Step 1 - APPLY

*Step 2 - After review from the hiring team if you meet the qualifications for this role we will ask you to complete a video recorded interview through a platform called SparkHire. This will be emailed and you will be asked approximately 10 brief questions to gauge your basic skill set, personality and your communication.

*Step 3 - We will ask any candidates who crush step 2 to complete and present a project demonstrating your skills. We need to be able to gauge your skill set as well as talk through it with you to see if you’d be a good fit.
