About the job

As a Product Marketing Manager on the Global Ads Marketing team, you will lead YouTube Ads and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to drive Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) engagement, conversions, and business growth. You will collaborate across functions to execute campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Social Media. You will leverage problem-solving, strategic, and project management skills to deliver impactful user experiences and scalable marketing outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Build strategy for SMB video advertising to unlock growth for Ads.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working with channel and program teams for global rollout, in partnership with regional and local marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Strategy & Operations teams on budgets and forecasting paid media plans.
  • Develop business strategy and product roadmap using customer research, technology, and business objectives.
  • Manage data and performance reporting to measure impact and refine strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in growth marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in digital advertising, video content, and using Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, GPT 3/4, Midjourney) for business use cases.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience using data analytics to identify user insights and opportunities.
  • Experience in growth, product, brand, social, partner marketing, or research.
  • Experience with behavioral marketing data and consulting.
  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or related fields.
