Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in digital advertising, video content, and using Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, GPT 3/4, Midjourney) for business use cases.

  • Experience working with behavioral marketing data and consulting.

About the job

Our mission is to help SMB advertisers grow their businesses with Google Ads by providing compelling value propositions and excellent customer experience. This role is in the Global Acquisitions team, focusing on growth areas like YouTube advertising and AI-driven acceleration.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will ensure the success of our customer base and drive business growth through acquisition. You will develop marketing strategies and Go-to-Market plans for YouTube Ads, collaborating across channels and with various teams to execute initiatives that drive engagement and conversions.

You will manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to maximize impact. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by location, experience, skills, and education.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategy for SMB video advertising to unlock growth for Ads.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with regional and local marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with Finance and S&O teams on budgets and forecasts.
  • Create business strategy and product roadmap based on customer research and technology.
  • Manage data and performance reporting to measure impact and optimize strategies.
