Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Building upon our expansive SEO footprint, the Senior Manager, Marketing (Owned Media YouTube, TikTok) will be responsible for developing a shelf-space strategy that will rank Study.com content in multiple areas on the SERP. This strategy will include videos and social media content on Study.com owned channels as well as partner channels, such as ambassadors and influencers. This strategic leader will manage individuals that will create or work with partners to create innovative content strategies and social media campaigns that will drive Study.com membership and multi-million-dollar revenue streams.

This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and is hybrid in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy using SEO keyword research, social media best practices that will rank in the SERP and drive downstream demand.
  • Oversee a team that will be responsible for the creation, distribution and publishing of content across Study.com branded channels and Ambassador partner channels.
  • Create unique campaigns and strategies that will target prospective Study.com customers at multiple stages of the buying journey.
  • Support ambassador team with identifying, recruiting and onboarding influencers and partners that have social media audiences that align to the Study.com customer base.
  • Forecast and execute a plan that will achieve multi-million- dollar revenue targets through ambassador and influencer referrals.
  • Scale Study.com YouTube presence across dozens of segment-specific channels that are focused on enhancing brand visibility and engaging with our audience through compelling video content.
  • Create unique content strategies and social media campaigns that empower ambassadors and influencers to effectively promote Study.com and drive customer referrals.
  • Analyze program performance, leveraging data to optimize strategies and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Maintain a consistent pulse on Study.con’s core markets, influencer marketing best practices, and social media trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and business intelligence, to ensure cohesive campaigns and messaging across all channels.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and compensation structures for influencers and ambassadors.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on partnership outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • 10+ years of experience in ambassador/influencer marketing, or scaled YouTube management, with a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and ROI calculations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry stakeholders.
  • Innovative and creative thinker with a passion for developing unique and compelling marketing strategies.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, content marketing, and influencer engagement.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue goals and driving business growth.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year. Pay and is dependent upon factors including skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
