Job summary

Phenom, a leading AI-powered talent experience platform, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on its partnership ecosystem. You will drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with strategic alliances like ServiceNow and Deloitte, shaping go-to-market plans and messaging.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to align product offerings with business goals, develop partner narratives, and support vertical expansion across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product marketing experience.
• Ability to formulate strategy and measure business impact.
• B2B SaaS experience, ideally in HR technology.
• Experience with strategic technology alliances and partnerships.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Drive to self-manage and take ownership.
• Ability to articulate value and differentiation of complex things simply.
• Positive collaborative energy and proactive project management.
• Respect for design, brand consistency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Understand partnerships, personas, competitors, and market landscape through research with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategy for strategic alliances, including joint marketing and sales initiatives; apply regional specificity for global sales.
• Align product offerings with business goals to strengthen market position through partnerships.
• Lead business review processes—analyzing partnership performance, pipeline data, and market insights to refine joint go-to-market strategies and ROI.
• Partner with product management to shape announcements of new features regarding partnerships.
• Support Phenom's vertical focus and expansion.
• Collaborate with partnerships team to ensure accurate messaging, positioning, and collateral across internal/external use.
• Develop partner-specific messaging frameworks and benefits-driven talk tracks and narratives.
• Design product packaging strategies highlighting value within each alliance.
• Share customer success and product stories via videos, blogs, livestreams, webinars, case studies, and events.
• Be a product evangelist internally and externally.
• Improve processes and cross-functional relationships across the team.
