Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to support the sales cycle by presenting the Phenom Platform to prospects and shaping win strategies. The role combines advisory consulting, pricing and SOW development, and collaboration with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition.

You will represent Phenom at conferences, train new clients, and help articulate the value of our AI-powered HR tech platform across diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering.
• Ability to function as both a team contributor and a leader.
• Adept public speaker with experience leading demos or presentations.
• Comfort presenting to C-level professionals and discussing modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Present the Phenom platform to prospects to influence decision-making and build trust.
• Respond to platform and technical queries, prepare RFPs and SOW quotations.
• Conduct detailed account scoping to ensure proper pricing and a successful handoff to Implementation.
• Support the team at conferences and events as a brand and platform ambassador; train clients for a smooth transition.
