Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management, organizational development, or HR operations within one industry vertical.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/organizational psychology, business, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of performance management, succession planning, career pathing, and LMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points across performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Support product delivery, advise customers on best practices, and optimize deployments.
• Lead TM Bootcamps to document and optimize Talent Management processes from As‑Is to To‑Be.
