Phenom is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team at our headquarters in Horsham, PA. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring three days per week on-site, and candidates must reside within fifty miles of Horsham.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Solutions to translate customer needs into clear requirements, help with product discovery, define roadmaps, and support timely, high‑quality delivery of our SaaS offerings while monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in CS/DS/Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using Jira or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market and customer research to identify user needs, workflows, and industry trends.
• Embed with customers and internal partners to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable product needs.
• Support product discovery by validating use cases, identifying root problems, and framing opportunities based on customer value and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to support timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Prototype, configure, or validate solutions using existing product capabilities to demonstrate value prior to full productization.
• Act as a feedback bridge between customer deployments and core product teams, contributing to PRDs and prioritization discussions.
• Track post-launch adoption and outcomes, identifying gaps and opportunities for iteration.
• Assist with product marketing materials and sales enablement content.
• Monitor product performance and competitor offerings to inform continuous improvement.
