Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Director, Financial Services & Technology Talent Programs to lead strategic, revenue‑accountable engagements with banks, insurers, and tech firms. You will diagnose talent constraints, design Phenom solutions, and guide the full new client cycle from first contact to signed contract.

The role requires deep research, executive-level engagement, and a data-driven approach to build business cases that unlock growth for large enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years doing Fortune 1000 consulting inHR; leading a talent acquisition or talent management team
• Experience selling recruitment process outsourcing or client‑facing talent technology
• Experience gaining access to senior leadership and developing ongoing growth opportunities
• Experience engaging CHROs, CPOs, or CFOs

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts (earnings calls, growth, regulatory posture) before outreach
• Build a documented hypothesis on the talent constraint blocking growth for each account
• Open executive conversations with a researched insight about the account
• Run meetings to test the hypothesis and reach a shared diagnosis
• Map current-state hiring process to identify failures and bottlenecks
• Build a financial model quantifying the cost of the constraint
• Align stakeholders (CHRO, CPO, CFO) to move engagements through approval
• Build urgency using the financial case, not deadlines or discounts
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to accelerate research and sharpen analysis
