CoStar Group is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Arlington, VA to own positioning and go-to-market for retail, hospitality, and public sector enterprises with large location portfolios. You will craft differentiated messaging, collaborate with sales, and build credible customer stories for multi-site operators.

You will work with account executives and marketing leaders to drive growth, define late-stage materials, and enable demand generation while navigating long procurement cycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person university or college.
• 6+ years in B2B product marketing, industry marketing, or vertical marketing.
• Experience marketing to multi-site retail/restaurant or to tech/services for operators.
• Track record of producing sales material used by the field.

Responsabilités

• Own positioning and go-to-market for retail, restaurants, travel, hospitality and public sector.
• Build measurable market narratives and sales material for late-stage deals.
• Talk to customers and buyers directly to inform positioning and product feedback.
• Develop customer stories and references for multi-site and public-sector buyers.
• Support demand generation with messaging and offers behind campaigns.
