Job summary

Matterport, a CoStar Group brand, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning and go-to-market for commercial real estate and new home construction in Arlington, VA. You will lead buyer research, messaging, proof, and field enablement for enterprise buyers and major accounts.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, own industry narratives, and drive campaigns across markets, events, and partnerships while leveraging AI for buyer research and content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university.
• 8+ years of career experience and 6+ years in B2B product marketing, industry marketing, or vertical marketing.
• Direct experience marketing to the commercial real estate industry.
• Excellent writing and ability to produce sales material

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for commercial real estate and new home construction.
• Build a differentiated point of view for each buyer segment.
• Define CRE audiences (owners, operators, asset managers, brokerages).
• Execute marketing plan for LoopNet relationship and marketplace strategy.
• Sequence portfolio priorities and justify depth vs. maintenance.
• Talk to customers and prospects regularly to inform messaging.
