Job summary

Matterport, a CoStar Group brand, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning and go-to-market for commercial real estate and new home construction. This role is based in Arlington, VA, and reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

You will craft buyer messaging for owners, operators, asset managers, and brokerages, build industry narratives, and support sales with industry proofs and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of career experience and 6+ years in B2B product marketing, industry marketing, or vertical marketing.
• Direct CRE industry marketing experience required.
• Understanding of how commercial real estate buys, finances, leases, and manages budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for commercial real estate and new home construction.
• Define commercial real estate audiences distinctly (owners, operators, asset managers, brokerages).
• Execute the commercial marketing plan that supports the LoopNet relationship.
• Sequence portfolio priorities and justify depth vs. maintenance.
• Engage customers and prospects regularly and incorporate feedback.
• Represent Matterport credibly at industry events and build customer proof.
• Develop industry narratives, discovery guidance, and competitive positioning for sales use.
