Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning and go-to-market for Matterport across retail, hospitality, and public sector in Arlington, VA. You will lead messaging, buyer research, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and partnerships.

The role focuses on multi-site operators, building scalable programs, and navigating complex procurement cycles in government and enterprise environments. Strong writing and strategic storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B product marketing or vertical marketing, with defined industry focus.
• Direct experience marketing to multi-site retail or franchise enterprises, or to tech and services those operators buy.
• Experience marketing into long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles with procurement, security, and finance involved.
• Proven ability to create positioning from buyer conversations rather than product docs.

Responsibilities

• Own Positioning and Go-to-Market for multiple industries.
• Build and test retail, travel, hospitality, and public sector plans.
• Develop industry narratives, discovery guidance, and proof points for the field.
• Create late-stage materials for procurement, security, and business cases.
• Collaborate with account executives and sales leadership to optimize messaging.
• Represent Matterport credibly at industry events.
