Job description

Resolve is looking for a Product Marketing Director who knows how to connect the dots between product, positioning, and pipeline. This person will craft compelling narratives, empower our sales team, and bring modern thinking to the product marketing function. You’ll be the voice that brings our vision of Zero Ticket IT to life across personas, buying stages, and channels.

Responsibilities
  • Refine and evangelize product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for our agentic IT automation platform and core use cases.
  • Develop compelling storytelling assets—including decks, briefs, narratives, and one-pagers—that simplify the complex and resonate with both technical and business buyers.
  • Drive competitive intelligence and enablement, translating market insights into field-facing content and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead analyst briefings and responses, working closely with leadership to articulate market vision and platform strategy.
  • Partner with Product and GTM teams to ensure launches are impactful and aligned with market needs.
  • Collaborate on content strategy, supporting the content team with product expertise.
  • Use AI tools intelligently and ethically to enhance productivity.
Qualifications/Experience
  • 7+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in IT operations, automation, security or infrastructure software
  • Proven experience enabling sales with assets that support the entire buying cycle
  • Strong grasp of persona-based messaging, competitive positioning, and GTM strategy
  • Experience working directly with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
  • Comfortable using modern marketing tools and AI
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities
