About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product storytelling. You’ll shape how we communicate the power of Vendoroo to the market.

You’ll work closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to deeply understand our customers’ needs and translate them into campaigns, content, and enablement that drive growth.

Our team is small relative to our impact. Were self proclaimed underdogs with tiny egos, big bets, and even bigger ownership. Real estate is one of the largest sectors that will be disrupted by AI and we're pioneering that movement.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

1. Define & Evolve Our Market Positioning

● Craft differentiated messaging that positions Vendoroo as the go-to solution for AI-powered maintenance coordination in property management.

● Tailor positioning to different personas—including regional property managers, maintenance leads, and portfolio executives.

● Own go-to-market planning and execution for new product features and updates.

● Partner with Product and Sales to ensure launches land with clarity and urgency in the market.

3. Build a High-Impact Content Engine

● Develop case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, webinars, and blog posts that clearly communicate the value of Vendoroo’s platform.

● Create sales and partner enablement materials that help close deals faster and expand usage among existing customers.

4. Enable Sales to Accelerate Revenue Growth

● Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand the full sales cycle, including objections, persona-specific challenges, and deal dynamics.

● Develop and maintain high-impact collateral—like ROI calculators, battlecards, objection-handling scripts, persona guides, and competitive positioning materials.

● Identify friction points in the sales process and proactively build tools, messaging, and content to increase conversion and shorten deal cycles.

● Stay deeply connected to our users and buyers to understand their pain points, workflows, and buying triggers.

● Monitor competitors and industry trends to sharpen differentiation and anticipate market shifts.

6. Collaborate Across Teams to Drive Adoption

● Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align messaging, surface customer feedback, and identify new growth opportunities.

● Track campaign performance and funnel impact, iterating based on data-driven insights.

Who You Are

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS and with exposure to vertical software or operations-focused platforms. You’re equal parts storyteller, strategist, and doer—with a sharp sense for what moves the needle in go-to-market.

Your Superpowers

  • Deep experience in positioning and launching B2B products, especially those with operational use cases and non-technical users.
  • You excel at understanding customer workflows and translating them into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
  • You’re comfortable marketing AI-based solutions and understand how to explain their value in real-world operational terms.
  • You know how to support Sales with effective tools, from pitch decks to competitive battlecards to objection-handling guides.
  • You can write compelling copy, collaborate with designers, and drive content strategy with creativity and consistency.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and bring a structured, outcomes-oriented approach to marketing work.
  • You measure what matters, iterate quickly, and use data to validate what’s working and what’s not.
