Director of Sales – Heavy Equipment, Remote in the Southeast

Ready to lead a powerhouse sales team for a well-established brand in the heavy equipment manufacturing space?

We’re hiring a Director of Sales to take the reins of a high-performing, multi-channel team spanning inside sales, outside sales, key accounts, and support. This role is all about strategy, leadership, and execution, driving scalable growth, deepening customer relationships, and owning the sales roadmap from vision to results.

Remote (Based in Southeastern U.S.)

Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer

What You’ll Own

  • Inspire, coach, and lead a diverse sales team across multiple business units.
  • Build and execute winning go-to-market strategies that align with aggressive growth goals.
  • Take ownership of key account expansion and legacy customer retention.
  • Drive pipeline development and performance visibility through Salesforce and data-driven KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and ops to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve critical customer challenges with urgency, care, and professionalism.
  • 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-impact sales teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution chops.
  • Salesforce-savvy and fluent in leading with data.
  • Clear, confident communicator who leads by example.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
