Collins Aerospace is seeking a Product Manager in Windsor Locks, CT to lead a Commercial and Military SDE electronics product family from development through production and field performance. You will drive strategy, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance targets are met.

You will collaborate with senior leadership across functions, manage IPT leadership for lifecycle activities, and travel 10–20% as required. This role requires a U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Person required due to ITAR/EAR access and export controls.
• Program or product management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Ownership: lead IPT for full lifecycle from development to end‑of‑life and ensure readiness for capacity and lifecycle cost targets.
• Financial Accountability: own pricing strategy and profitability outcomes for the product line and oversee funding for improvements.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interface: act as the primary customer interface and determine production output allocation.
• Strategy & Roadmap: develop and execute the new product and technology roadmap.
