Job summary

RTX seeks a Product Manager to lead a Commercial and Military SDE electronics product portfolio. You will own the product family’s lifecycle end‑to‑end, drive strategy and financial outcomes, and interface with customers and senior leadership while collaborating across functions. Travel 10‑20% as required.

Hybrid role with on‑site and off‑site work. You will manage pricing, roadmap, and lifecycle cost targets, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance are met.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Person - Job requires access to ITAR or 600/500-series EAR information or hardware (directly or indirectly) and the company will not seek an export authorization for this role.
• Program or product management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the full product lifecycle, encompassing development, production, sustainment, field performance, and end‑of‑life management.
• Ensure readiness for future production capacity and lifecycle cost targets.
• Own pricing strategy and profitability outcomes for the product line.
• Oversee and prioritize funding for continuous improvement initiatives (yield, reliability, cost improvements).
• Serve as the primary accountable customer interface for the product family.
• Determine production output allocation across competing customer orders.
• Own development and execution of the new product and technology roadmap.
