The position demands a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years), strong EMI/EMC knowledge, and hands‑on use of modeling tools such as Ansys CST

Qualifications

  • Degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC principles, standards, and testing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer EMI/EMC requirements and assess compliance or risks.
  • Analyze existing and redesigned hardware for EMI/EMC performance.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to recommend design solutions for compliance.
  • Develop EMI test plans and procedures that meet customer and industry standards (RTCA/DO‑160, MIL‑STD‑461).
  • Support in‑house testing at the EMI lab and ensure tests are executed properly.
  • Prepare EMI test reports for internal and external customers.
  • Present EMI findings and recommendations in design reviews.
