Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Windsor Locks, CT, is seeking a seasoned program management leader to own the full lifecycle and performance of Orion products and services. This onsite role coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to meet cost, schedule, and technical commitments.

You will lead Integrated Project Teams, shape longer‑term investments, manage multiple product lines, and build relationships with OEM and customer partners while guiding strategic decisions through

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle and performance of Orion products and services.
• Own cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple product lines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet commitments.
• Build relationships with OEM and customer partners to ensure outcomes.
